About Emily
My Passion
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York, New Jersey, and Florida (telehealth), with over a decade of experience in the field. My journey to becoming a therapist felt like a natural progression for me. From a young age, I’ve had positive experiences with therapy that showed me how powerful support can be, and I want to help others find that same comfort.
I am trained in trauma-informed care, and I utilize a range of modalities, including mindfulness and strengths-based approaches, in my practice. I recognize that each individual has their own unique experience, and I strive to foster collaborative relationships that honor those experiences.
My scope of practice includes working with adults of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and burnout. I specialize in supporting older adults and caregivers facing grief and loss, caregiver fatigue, and complex family dynamics.
“Nothing makes me happier than having a good meal and exploring a new area! I enjoy reading, going on a run, or going to the farmers’ market as my own form of self-care.”
